Xat’sull First Nation is the northern-most Band of the Great Secwepemc Nation, (translated into English as “Shuswap”) and has occupied the bench lands above the mighty Fraser River north of Williams Lake, British Columbia for over 10,000 years.
We invite you to experience our spiritual, cultural and traditional way of life through regularly scheduled day tours, or all-inclusive extended stay packages.
Daily guided tours include a short hike through the Village site, explanation of petroglyphs and artifacts, and story-telling by our guides. Learn how Xat’sull played an important role in the British Columbia Gold Rush of the 1800’s.
Extended stay packages include accommodations (pit house or tipi), three meals a day, and educational workshops and tours. The following are examples of workshops available.
